Role Overview
We are looking for a strong English speaker to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You'll be conducting live interviews with customers to help us better understand their needs. This is not limited to just web technologies; we need someone who can handle broader business and technical conversations, ensuring our team captures the right insights. Your role is to maintain smooth and professional conversations during live interviews, understand customer challenges, and help translate those discussions into actionable steps.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Join live customer calls and interviews from anywhere in the world
- Lead friendly, professional conversations in English
- Ask insightful questions to uncover customer needs, pain points, and goals
- Respond confidently to follow-up questions in real time
- Understand technical topics beyond basic web work
- Take detailed notes and summarize key insights from calls
- Provide internal feedback to improve our product and service
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills and a natural speaking style
- Comfort in leading customer calls via video or voice
- Ability to discuss business and technical topics
- Web product knowledge is helpful, but not a must—be ready to engage in broader topics
- Excellent judgment, listening skills, and clear thinking in live conversations
- Reliable, professional, and a strong team player

- Experience in customer discovery, support, sales, product interviews, or technical consulting
- Experience working with clients from various backgrounds
- Ability to turn customer feedback into actionable insights for the team
